The Cotariu Memorial Scholarship is a one-time award (not renewable) of $1500. The award can be used for tuition, books, and or fees. This is not a need-based scholarship and can be used in conjunction with the GI Bill. The funds will be deposited directly into the student account of the recipient.

Please review eligibility requirements

• Navy or Marine Corps active duty service member or veteran.
• Pursuing their first bachelor-level degree program.
• Has completed a minimum of 30 semester hours by the application deadline.
• Has achieved a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Enrolled at an accredited college or university.
